Screen Printing FAQs
Q: Is there an order minimum for screen printing?
A: We require a minimum order of 12 pieces per logo.
Q: What kind of art files do you accept?
A: We accept the following formats:
- .ai
- .eps
All types & strokes must be converted to outlines. CorelDRAW & Freehand files must be exported as .eps files.
All files should have the graphics and fonts converted to outlines. Placed or linked images are not acceptable.

Q: Can you PMS color match?
A: Yes! For matching a specific color, please include the PMS color code from the Pantone Solid Color library. Color matching charges may apply.
Don't have access to a PMS book or program with the colors? No problem! Click here to see all the PMS colors you can choose from.
Please note: not all computer or phone screens are calibrated the same way. The color you see on your device may vary from the actual production color.
Q: What is an underlay?
A: An underlay is a layer of white ink which is laid down under your design when printing on color garments (including black). The underlay gives a base for printing a design on and allows colors to appear as they should.
Q: What is your turnaround time for screen printing services?
A: Our turnaround time is 7-10 business days. However, we are flexible with rush orders.
If you have a specific deadline, please let us know beforehand so that we may schedule your order accordingly. Rush charges may apply.
Q: Can I print on assorted garment sizes?
A: We can print both youth and adult garments together if the design size is made to fit the smallest item being screen printed.
Some customers prefer two sizes of artwork made to reflect the sizing on youth and adult pieces. In those cases, each imprint size is considered a separate order.
When printing a small order, one size of design is the most cost effective choice.
